The Story

As the manufacturing conglomerate expanded its workforce, the HR team struggled to attract quality talent without relying heavily on recruitment agencies. The company had no consistent employer brand presence, fewer than five Glassdoor reviews, and a LinkedIn following of just 1,100 people.

Without a defined Employee Value Proposition or content strategy, over 74% of all hires came through third-party agencies, making it difficult to build a cost-efficient and self-sustaining talent attraction engine across the organization.

WHAT TECHAIVV DID

Built and Activated a Full Employer Brand System From EVP to Digital Presence

Techaivv treated employer branding as a product launch. Before creating any content, deep internal research was conducted across employee interviews, focus groups, and a competitor brand audit covering 12 peer companies. The EVP that emerged was specific, credible, and differentiated — not a generic tagline.

Our work included:
  • Conducting 60 structured employee interviews and 4 focus groups across business lines
  • Developing a differentiated EVP across five pillars: Growth, Ownership, Stability, Innovation, and Community
  • Redesigning the LinkedIn company page with a 12-month content and editorial calendar
  • Producing 34 pieces of original content including culture videos and employee stories
  • Launching a campus branding program across 8 target engineering and management institutes
  • Training 12 internal employees as active employer brand ambassadors across social media

Challenges Faced

The absence of a structured employer brand created over-dependence on agencies and made the company invisible to its core target talent segments.

74% Of All Hires Sourced Through Agencies At An Average Cost Of ₹42,000 Per Hire
LinkedIn Page With Only 1,100 Followers And No Consistent Employer Content Strategy
Zero Campus Brand Recognition Across All Target Engineering And Management Institutes

The Results

The employer brand transformation delivered measurable improvements in talent attraction, cost efficiency, and digital brand visibility.

3.2x Increase In Qualified Inbound Applications Vs. Pre-Engagement Baseline
Agency Dependency Reduced From 74% To 31% Of Total Hires Saving ₹67L Annually
LinkedIn Followers Grew From 1,100 To 18,400 With Engagement Rate Of 6.8%

Customer Reviews of the Case

"Techaivv helped us build an employer brand our own people are proud of — and that pride became visible to the market. Our inbound pipeline today is stronger than anything we built through agencies."
